Mr. Hart is a Director of P&M Corporate Finance and co-leads the Plastics & Packaging team. He has over 10 years of business and transaction advisory experience, specializing in assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, financings, valuation and strategic consulting. John’s clients have ranged from large global companies to small, privately held businesses.

Prior to joining P&M Corporate Finance, John served as President of a privately held distribution company where he gained operational experience and assisted the company in its ultimate sale to a strategic buyer.  John also worked in the Corporate Value Consulting Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers and held a management position at a family-owned construction company. John has a bachelors degree in accounting with a finance emphasis from Michigan State University, and is a licensed securities representative, holding his Series 7 and 63 registrations.
