Paul J. Flanagan

Mr. Flanagan is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of PMCF and leads the firm's Michigan Industrials team. He has more than 20 years of experience specializing in sell-side advisory services, acquisitions and targeted searches, leveraged buyouts, capital raising, and strategic advisory services.

Prior to the formation of PMCF, Mr. Flanagan was a partner with Plante & Moran, PLLC. He earned his B.A. in finance and economics from the University of Michigan . He is a certified public accountant and licensed securities representative, holding his Series 7, 63, and 24 registrations. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA).
