P& M Corporate Finance served as financial advisor to Richfield Industries in its acquisition of WeVac Plastics.  Richfield, a leading supplier of integrated returnable material handling containers and systems to the automotive industry,  wanted to acquire a thermoformer to add capability in the Midwest.  PMCF conducted the acquisition search and evaluated numerous opportunities in different sectors of the market.  PMCF managed the transaction process for Richfield and helped to select WeVac as the final acquisition candidate.  WeVac, based in Elkhart, Indiana, is a thermoformer of ABS, HDPE, HIPS, PC, and other laminated foils for the recreational vehicle industry.
