Sarna Michigan, Inc. is a subsidiary of Sarna Polymer Holding, Inc., an internationally active plastics manufacturer based in Sarnen, Switzerland. Blue Water Plastics is a leading designer and manufacturer of highly engineered molded thermoplastic components and assemblies serving the automotive industry. Sarna created a new division, Sarnamotive, to integrate its current automotive holdings and Blue Water Plastics. P&M Corporate Finance helped its client evaluate, manage and successfully complete this highly strategic transaction.
