Matt is Managing Director and Board Member of P&M Corporate Finance (PMCF). In those roles he provides overall strategic, operational and financial direction to the firm. Matt leads the firm’s Business Services industry team and co-leads the firm’s Plastic and Packaging industry team. His responsibilities include managing key client relationships, leading transaction teams and actively marketing the services of PMCF to potential clients.
Matt has nearly twenty years of experience advising clients on strategic and financial alternatives, sale and acquisition transactions, divestitures, recap transactions and financings. His clients include leading private equity groups, private companies and large corporations. While Matt’s primary focus is Business Services and Plastics and Packaging, his transaction experience also extends to the Industrials and Life Sciences sectors, where he has executed medical technology, diagnostics, construction, metals and automotive deals.
Matt has significant experience originating and executing deals both domestically and internationally. He has completed numerous cross-border transactions and is an active member in PMCF’s global investment banking group, Corporate Finance International
Prior to joining P&M Corporate Finance, Matt worked as an international consultant and CPA for Plante and Moran. He received his BA in accounting from Hillsdale College, and earned his MBA from the University of Michigan. Matt holds his series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
