P&M Corporate Finance, LLC Announces the Closing of Alpha’s Debt Financing Package
Plante & Moran, PLLC (P&M) and P&M Corporate Finance, LLC (“PMCF”) are pleased to announce the arrangement of senior debt financing for Alpha Stamping Company (“Alpha”). The financing was provided by Citizens Bank, and the proceeds will be used to fund ongoing working capital and growth initiatives.
P&M and PMCF’s Industrials Team worked closely with Alpha management to initiate, evaluate and negotiate the credit package with a new banking partner. The new financing arrangement positions Alpha to capitalize on multiple large projects currently being pursued with its automotive OEM and supplier customer base.
